Bluegrass Arabian Horse Association Welcomes The Pyramid Society

The Bluegrass Arabian Horse Association is proud to welcome The Pyramid Society to the BAHA Spring Blast Horse Show this April in Shelbyville, Kentucky.

With the recent addition of the Egyptian Heritage classes at the BAHA Spring Blast Horse Show, having The Pyramid Society on hand will make this venture extra special. The Pyramid Society is a long standing, premier organizaton that is dedicated to the growth and promotion of the Egyptian Arabian horse. Having their knowledge and expertise on hand to share with the public will be an amazing addition to the BAHA Spring Blast Horse Show. 


BAHA also recently announced that the Egyptian Heritage exhibitors will be eligible for the $1,000 prize money that was graciously provided by Park Equine Hospital and Dr. Nathaniel Newton, DVM of Hillsbrook Arabians. Now with the support of The Pyramid Society joining these forces, BAHA is certain that the Egyptian Heritage classes will be a huge success.

The BAHA Spring Blast Horse Show is a Class A Arabian/Half-Arabian and All Breed Open Show combined into one day of horse show fun. The show is to be held in Shelbyville, Kentucky on Sunday April 26, 2015. Please visit www.bluegrassarabians.org for more information.

BAHA Show To Award Cash Prizes

BAHA Announces $1,000 to Egyptian Heritage Classes

The Bluegrass Arabian Horse Association is pleased to announce that they have secured one thousand dollars in prize money for the new Egyptian Heritage Classes to be offered at their Spring Blast Horse Show this April. The Egyptian Heritage Classes are open to any purebred Arabian horse whose pedigree has at least one straight Egyptian Arabian grandparent. In other terms; in the 2nd generation, at least one of the four grandparents must be categorized as Straight Egyptian.

Park Equine Hospital and Dr. Nathaniel Newton, DVM of Hillsbrook Arabians have graciously joined forces to support the growth of the Egyptian Heritage classes. Prize money will be awarded to the top three placings of Gold, Silver, and Bronze, while the Gold Champion will additionally receive a trophy.

The Bluegrass Arabian Horse Association is overjoyed with this partnership, helping to strengthen our opportunity to continue to promote and educate the public about our beloved Arabian horses.
